Schedule A — Add-On Services

This Schedule A is incorporated into the bebuilt Terms of Service ("Terms") by reference. Capitalized terms used here have the meanings given in the Terms.
This Schedule lists the Add-On Services that bebuilt currently offers alongside the subscription, and their published rates. Add-On Services are bebuilt-priced services billed in addition to the Subscription Fee. They are not pass-through, reimbursement, or "at cost" amounts. bebuilt may update this Schedule on thirty (30) days' written notice as described in Section 5.5 of the Terms.

How Add-On Services work
- Bebuilt-priced. The rates above are bebuilt's prices to Member. They are not the underlying provider's cost. bebuilt is under no obligation to disclose its supplier arrangements, costs, or margins (Terms §5.4).
- Billed alongside the Subscription Fee. Add-On Service charges appear on the same monthly invoice as the Subscription Fee and are charged to the payment method on file.
- Non-refundable. Add-On Service charges are non-refundable, including on cancellation (Terms §3.5), because they reflect services already provided or capacity already provisioned.
- Rate changes. bebuilt may change these rates with 30 days' written notice (Terms §5.5).
Member-held alternatives
At bebuilt's discretion, bebuilt may agree to operate Member's Deliverables on infrastructure or AI provider accounts owned and funded by Member directly. In that case, the corresponding Add-On Service fee does not apply. See Terms §5.8.
Reimbursable out-of-pocket expenses (separate from Add-On Services)
Beyond the Add-On Services above, bebuilt may, at Member's direction, incur specific out-of-pocket costs (for example, a domain registration Member asks bebuilt to handle). Those are billed at actual cost, itemized separately on the invoice, and require Member pre-approval if reasonably expected to exceed $100. See Terms §5.9.
Future Add-On Services
Additional Add-On Services may be added by amendment to this Schedule with thirty (30) days' written notice (email is sufficient). Examples of services bebuilt may add over time include, without limitation:
- Domain registration and SSL management
- Email delivery / transactional messaging
- SMS and voice
- Background jobs and queue infrastructure
- Monitoring, logging, and error tracking
- Vector databases and search infrastructure
- Specialized AI services (vision, transcription, etc.)
- Third-party API access (CRMs, payment, data providers)
- Paid SaaS seats provisioned for Member
Per Terms §5.7, any new Add-On Service projected to add more than $250 per month to Member's invoice requires Member's prior written approval before bebuilt begins billing for it.
